T&N Virtual Classes are previously recorded and can be rented per individual video for 72 hours.

All classes are 45 minutes and focus on strengthening and toning. You don't have to do any in a particular order! You can choose to do them at random or go in order - we kept the date on them in case you wanted to keep track of ones you have already completed.

These classes are great for any and all levels. Our trainers provide modifications for all movements.

Strength, Arms and Abs and Lower Body classes require free weights and a mat. You can always replace free weights with household items or wine bottles too!

HIIT classes are body weight only, just your mat.
